A 16 week fitness program that's designed to progress through 4 phases of fitness: Muscle Building, Strength, Endurance, and Fatburning . The program will feature 4 and 5 day workouts along with a full nutrition program. Our menus include both plant based and meat eater plans. During all phases of the challenge, you are always encouraged to fuel your body and not starve. We also stress that you receive adequate rest to help heal the body and prevent injury. Our most extended challenge so far, and by completing this one you will learn how to truly lead a fit and fed life.
