I'm not one to post alot,but I've been a Peach for almost a year. Prior to that I was an avid runner, thinking that was all I needed to lose weight and gain muscle. The most I could lose was 5 lbs. Then Peach Nation came into my life (thanks to a very good friend) and holy crap, was I enlightened. Thanks to Annie Hall and Dulcy, you have changed my life! I learned how to eat proper portions and watch calories, how to food prep, and the workouts are life changing. If I'm feeling like skipping a workout I read everyone's post and everyone here is so inspiring that I can't wait to get home and do my workout. You girls all ROCK! I've lost a total of 10 pounds, 1 1/2 inches off my waist. I can see where my body has gone from flab to fab with more muscle and definition. People have asked me if I'm lifting weights and of course I say YES! Life happens and we can't always eat right, but with a little help from our friends, we can stay on track. I want to thank each and everyone of you Peaches out there! You are my inspiration and even though I don't know you personally I consider you my family. Thank you 💜💜
🏋️♀️SUCCESS STORY🏋️♀️: By Candace Unger/Coaching Client "I contacted Annie in March 2013. She researched and modified exercises to accommodate my over forty (now fifty), arthritic, joint replaced, disabled female body. I started with only two sessions a week and was skeptical, because unlike my past workout experience, I was not sore afterwards. After six weeks of conditioning, Annie designed a third strengthening workout to perform. In early June, I had a family reunion and my family was amazed at how I looked, and I was proud, but more importantly, I was thrilled because now, everyday tasks that used to be difficult like climbing stairs, carrying groceries, etc., seemed to be much easier and my stamina was greatly improved. I have continued training with Annie 3 days a week, with every seventh week off. Annie also creates workouts for when I am traveling, and I am still seeing results. Annie changes the workouts often to keep it challenging and fun. She modifies the exercises so I can successfully work all muscle groups. First I want to say thank you so much. Just being in this group with all of you strong ladies is winning. I have been on and off in challenges since 2013. I always finished feeling stronger, and down a few pounds, but not much. The difference between those challenges and this last challenge was a few things. First and foremost, I followed the food plan!( so delicious Dulcy!) I had nibbles here and there, and broke down and had toast, and a cookie (It was a huge cookie) but the difference was I didn’t turn it into a cheat day, or even a cheat meal. In the past I would have. I also posted my photos every week. This alone made me feel more accountable. Following the workouts in the app helped as well, as Annie can see if you missed any! I am 56, which I actually do not think is old, but I am in menopause, and hypothyroid, so to say I am beyond thrilled losing 16 pounds would be an understatement! And doing it with no cardio! I am so thankful for the guidance of Annie and Dulcy, whom I trust completely. And for the support of each and everyone of you ladies. What an amazing group we have. I am looking forward to this next challenge, and I am looking forward to losing more weight, and gaining more muscle! Oh, and being able to do one unassisted pull up would be nice too!
